1. Pokemon Go Player Finds a Dead Body in the River
On July 8, 19-year-old Shayla Wiggins was out trying to find Pokemon near a river. She told KTVQ that “I was walking towards the bridge along the shore when I saw something in the water,” Shayla said. “I had to take a second look and I realized it was a body.”
The body recovered was that of 28-year-old Jeffrey Day, according to the Washington Times. His death appears to have been accidental and could possibly be a drowning.
Another Dead Body Found
7 News in Boston reports that a body was found floating in a brook at Rotary Park in Nashua. Apparently, a Pokémon Go player made the discovery while searching for Pokemon. The park seems to be extremely popular among players, due to its Pokestops.
2. There Has Already Been One Death Related to Pokemon Go
A teenager has been killed in what many are saying is the first death associated with someone playing Pokemon Go.
Jerson Lopez de Leon (18), along with his cousin Daniel Moises Picen (17), were searching for Pokemon in a city in Guatemala when they were shot at more than 20 times. One of the teens later died at the hospital
Police are not sure why the two were attacked, but they are speculating that the attackers were able to find the teenagers using the location features of the game.

4. A Cheating Boyfriend Gets Busted Due to Pokemon Go
For one Pokemon Go player, the game ruined his love life. Evan Scribner’s girlfriend found out he was cheating on her, thanks in part to the geolocation feature in the game. Speaking with the New York Post, Scribner said he made a big mistake playing the game while also seeing his ex-girlfriend.
His girlfriend decide to snoop around in his phone and Scribner said that “She saw that I had caught a Pokémon while at my ex’s house.”
His girlfriend went ballistic when he didn’t have a good excuse as to why he was at his ex-girlfriend’s house.
“She found out last night at my house and hasn’t contacted me since then,” Scribner said.

A Pokemon Go player, ended up getting stabbed while playing the game and refused medical treatment so he could continue playing.
Michael Baker, 21, was out trying to catch Pokemon at 1 AM in the morning, when he stumbled across someone who he believed was another player. When Michael asked him if he wanted to battle him, the stranger stabbed him in the shoulder.
Despite getting stabbed, he refused medical treatment and in his own words “Right after I was stabbed, I continued my mission to Plaid Pantry for my mission for chips and beer”. He also added that “I basically risked my life,”
6. Pokemon Go Players Fall Off a Cliff
This one is a bit hard to believe…but the again it is not; however, two men actually fell off a cliff while playing Pokemon Go.
Sgt. Rich Eaton of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department told the LA Times that two men in their early 20s, were playing “Pokemon Go”, and likely went to a cliff where they were trying to catch characters.
One man fell 75 to 100 feet and while firefighters rescued him, they found the second man unconscious 50 feet down the bluff.
They were both taken to area trauma centers and suffered moderate injuries.
7. ‘Pokemon Go’ Causes Nintendo Stock to Jump up by $9B Days after Release
A couple of days after the release of Pokemon Go, the market value of Nintendo Co skyrocketed by 25% causing it to increase by $9 billion pushing Nintendo’s total market cap to almost $28 billion.

She Grew up in a LGBTQ Family. Josephine Skriver’s mother is an IT Analyst and she is a lesbian, while her father, a marine biologist is gay.
Speaking with Elle.com, explains how everything came to be:
“They found each other through a newspaper listing, right before her dad married his husband. “Ever since [my mom] was a kid, she wanted to be a mom. So in Denmark in 1992, there was this newsletter for the whole LGBTQ community and my mom put an ad in there, saying, ‘I want to bring a child into this world, does anyone want to be a part of that?’ She got a few replies and the first one ended up being my dad.”
She has a Younger Brother. Josephine has a younger brother named Oliver. She has stated that he is “the most important man in my life.”
She Was Discovered at the Age of 15. Skriver was discovered when she was 15. She was on a trip to New York with her soccer team, when she was approached about her model potential. On her return to Denmark, she signed with the international modelling agency, Unique Models, which is based in Copenhagen. She was approached by other agencies outside of Denmark, but she decided to stay in school. In 2011, with school out of the way, she started pursuing a modelling career. She made her debut at New York Fashion Week in 2011.
She Became a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2016. Josephine Skriver became a Victoria’s Secret Angel on February, 2016. Before that she had appeared in catalogs for Victoria’s Secret, as well as their fashion shows.
She is one of the newest Angels along with Martha Hunt, Jasmine Tookes, Sara Sampaio, Romee Strijd, Lais Ribeiro
She is the Second Danish Victoria’s Secret Angel. Josephine Skriver is the second Danish model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel. The first is Helena Christensen.
She Modeled as a Baby. When she was just a baby, Josephine landed her first modelling gig when she appeared in adverts and local packaging for Danish Pampers.
Her Boyfriend is a Punk Rock Star. Skriver is dating Alexander DeLeon, who is the lead singer for the Las Vegas punk rock band, the cab. They have been together since 2013. The modeled together for the DL1961 denim campaign and they are also really good friends with Selena Gomez.

“Lately I’ve been a bit obsessed with cooking! I love being in the kitchen and experimenting with all types of dishes. For me, half of the enjoyment in eating is making the meal. I love watching the Food Network and all of the cooking competitions. They really give me great inspiration. I’m no Master Chef, of course, and it does go REALLY wrong at times. But I love doing it, and practicing only makes perfect.
Whenever I’m back home in Denmark, it’s almost always me who ends up cooking the dinner or baking sweets. So far, my family seems to enjoy it!”

In an interview with aol.com, Skriver stated that “ I don’t really believe in diets. I think it’s all about keeping things healthy. What Does It Taste Like?
So what on earth could a fried chicken taco shell with veggies actually taste like? This new meaty chalupa tastes like a fried chicken wrap without the flour wrap. It is stuffed with lettuce, tomato, cheese, it is spicy and garnished with avocado ranch sauce.
It Was Taco Bells Response to KFC’s Double Down
With the success of the KFC’s artery busting Double Down (From its April 12, 2010 nationwide launch through early July, a KFC spokesperson reported that the chain had sold 10 million of the sandwiches ) Taco Bell decided that they should have their own response to the Double Down and that is the basis for the Naked Chicken Chalupa.
They Are Still Testing but the Feedback is Really Good
While the Naked Chicken Chalupa hasn’t been approved for a national launch, it seems that people are sold on this new product. In an interview with Buzzfeed, a spokesperson stated that “the results and consumer feedback are very encouraging,” “We’re just planning what’s the right the timing,”
Taco Bell began testing the fried chicken shell in Bakersfield, California last September, expanding the test to locations in Kansas City in April.
People Think It’s Healthy
When you think about it, it is a Taco Shell made out of fried chicken just sounds super unhealthy. Contrary, the people who have been been eating it think that it is healthy.
Taco Bell has found in the test that the vegetables somehow manage to give the meaty, deep-fried chalupa a “health halo” in the eyes of consumers.
Kat Garcia, Taco Bell’s senior manager of marketing in an interview with Buzzfeed stated “We were getting feedback like, ‘It’s so healthy. It’s so fresh,’”. “That really surprised us because it’s fried chicken.”

It was just announced that Jurassic World is the 3rd biggest movie of all time. This action-packed flick had audiences on the edge of their seat as they enjoyed rampaging dinosaurs creating nothing but carnage.
Jurassic World seems like it would be a great place to visit, once murderous dinosaurs are not running wild and it potentially could be a good business idea that generates a lot of profit.
Profit aside, ever wondered how much it would cost to actually run Jurassic World? The good guys over at Fandango created a video highlighting the insane amount of money needed to make this theme park a reality.
Need a Site for the Park & Also House the Dinosaurs
Isla Nublar was the main island where the Jurassic World would be setup.
Isla Sorna was the island that would house the dinosaurs after they were born.
You can find these islands off the coast of Costa Ricaand and based on the size (66 square miles), the estimated cost to purchase these islands is about $10,000,000,000.
You Will Need Staff
Running a park that big would need a dedicated staff of scientists, animal caretakers, amusement park staff and much more. It essentially would take a small army to keep Jurassic World running.
Some of the yearly salary costs would be:
- Genetic scientist – $200,000
- Animal caretaker – $64,000
- Paleontologist – $80,000
- Computer Engineer – $154,000
- Lawyer – $300,000
Throw in everyone else who makes the park function and you are looking at a salary cost of about $7.9 million.
You Will Have to Clone the Dinosaurs
There would be no park without dinosaurs. This is a pretty hefty cost as it is not cheap to replicate life. To get a real world idea, the video highlights a real life genetic company, Bio Arts, which allows people to clone a dog for around $150,000. If we are going off that figure, there would be 50 different dinosaurs in Jurassic World, so 50 x $150,000 = $7.5 million.
It Costs A lot of Money to Build the Park
With all the costs mentioned, we have not even touched on how much would have to be spent to build the park.
It would take substantial amount of investment to get this world famous attraction up and running and to get an idea of the cost the video decided to look at the world biggest them parks as an example. Many of them cost around $1.5 billion to construct.
The video uses Disney as an example and highlighted that they spend about $11.7 billion a year in park operating expenses. That works out to be a whopping $32 million per day.
Feeding & Keeping the Dinosaurs Healthy
The dinosaurs need to be fed and kept healthy and while you have those that are omnivores, the carnivorous dinosaurs eat and eat a lot.
To get an idea as to how much it would cost to keep all he dinos healthy and well-fed, the video uses a large zoo as an example.
The San Diego Zoo is the largest zoo in the world and it houses 3,700 animals and more than 650 different species. The cost to make sure the animals are healthy and well-fed at the San Diego Zoo is $307 million a year. That could be a good base number when applying it the Jurassic World, as it would be that big.
Total Cost to Operate
With all those numbers being thrown around, it is really easy to see that it would be ridiculously expensive to keep Jurassic World running for the year. All the costs added up would amount to
$23,432,400,000 ($23 billion if you are not good with numbers) and there would also be an annual repeating cost of $11,907,000,000 ($11 billion).
While these numbers seem outrageous, you have to remember that people would not be investing in something that would be losing money. The returns should be equally outrageous, making everyone happy…….that is until the mayhem occurs

1. Hitler Played a Role in Nutella’s Creation
With World War II raging (thanks to the maniacal Hitler) the supply of cocoa had fallen tremendously. A pastry maker from Piedmont, Italy, Pietro Ferrero decided that it would be a good idea to stretch the cocoa with hazelnuts and create a chocolate paste. Mr Ferrero got the inspiration for the name by combining the words Nut and Ella and somehow it got translated to “New-tell-uh” So if you hear anyone pronouncing it incorrectly, you can always pull up this site and show them that they are wrong!

According to Forbes.com Michele Ferrero (Deceased), the heir to the Nutella empire along with his family had an estimated net worth of US$ 26.7 billion (May 2014). If a jar costs approximately $3.50, Mr. Ferrero would be able to purchase 7,628,571,429 jars with his fortune.
